Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

In my opinion, it's a well-balanced rating system. You could even avoid using #3 and stick to #1. I understand that one super-leader might negatively affect the scores of others, but it would still be fair. If they are significantly ahead of the competition, they should receive a proportionally larger reward, not just a few extra points.
