Well, if you think it will be easier for the three of us to agree than for the two of you, then let's do it.

1. The preferred time for tournament games is daytime (12-24 Moscow time) on weekends and evening (19-24 Moscow time) on weekdays. The least popular time is nights and working hours on weekdays.

I can be available this weekend (August 11th and 12th) from approximately 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time on ICQ. I get home late on weekdays, and I don't have the opportunity to be on ICQ at work.
