Town Points – Is development becoming too formulaic?

A person by nature is a freedom-loving individual. Town Points limit the possibilities, where is the freedom of choice, where is the democracy inherent in other parts? :confused: However, for me, it is not yet clear whether this approach to construction is for better or for worse (I am more inclined to think that the points spoil the picture).
