A person regularly makes certain choices, he makes one decision out of several. Even going to the kitchen for a cookie is considered a choice, because the person could have not gone to the kitchen. It is possible to create a huge flowchart of human behavior, in which there will be trillions of quadrillions of links, and if it is possible to create a flowchart, then a program can be written based on it, and if it is possible to write a program of behavior (character, soul, consciousness - these are synonyms here) of a person, then it is possible to create its digital copy.
