Which level 7 creature is the best, and why?

I like the Bears; they provide a significant 80% defense bonus, which is a huge advantage. The stronger the opponent, the more impressive the bonus. Of course, they can't compare to Archangels in terms of speed, attack, and defense, but they are still a cute creature.
