Yes, there is a semi-cheating utility for offline "reconnaissance": ProspectorRT. I don't want to advertise it, but if a player wants to achieve the best result, it allows them to automatically analyze the starting save, providing all the information: where what is (artifacts, monsters...) or will be (spells in the guilds of magic in the cities). That is, it is impossible to generate these things on demand, but you can, by starting over, achieve the appearance of the most "desirable" things.:) Look for the latest download link at the end of the thread.
