Heroes of Might and Magic III. Complete Collection.

I installed the Platinum Edition repack with Russian language and the HD mod. Everything seems fine, but there's one issue: I don't like the animation speed in combat. I asked the forum members for help, but they didn't assist. I solved the problem as follows: in the HD mod settings, I changed the language to the Platinum Edition Russian version, and the animation became much faster because the cranim file started working. I really don't like the font and the translation; I don't know what to do. I liked the translation from the megapack; it was like in the SoD version, and I would like to restore it along with the fonts. If this cannot be fixed, then I need the SoD version, am I right? What version do the players here use? Maybe I will do the same as they do. Please advise.
