For example, I don't use Windows 7 at all, and the framework, which, by the way, is not included in Service Pack 3 but is installed separately, I usually don't install above version 2.0 (there's no need). We should also remember that previously made similar utilities (although less informative) didn't require the framework at all, and the game itself, Heroes 3, was designed for Windows 98, not even XP. Of course, you can install framework 4, but I don't really want to install additional software that isn't needed for other purposes and is significantly larger than the game itself, just for one small utility.
