Does this mean that 2.0 is included by default in SP3? I think so. I currently have XP SP3, and 4.0 installs on it without any problems.

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is not included in Windows XP, even with SP3! This is absolutely true because I have a new computer with Windows XP SP3 pre-installed, and, for example, to get ProspectorRT (and another program) to work, I had to find, download, and install Framework 2.0.
For some reason, there's always a fly in the ointment. :( Program developers should remember that not all users have the latest versions of operating systems and applications installed.
