After the third page, it kicked me back to the main menu, without any:
"thank you for participating in the survey, your result has been recorded"
Now I don't know if I did everything correctly, or if it was some kind of glitch and my results weren't saved.

And I was disappointed by the lack of the option to have the hero attack on the battlefield as in the Beta - i.e., he jumps around the field and slashes with a saber, instead of the ephemeral sword.
