Generating and HD Mod are not linked to each other at all. This is a feature of Heroes. There is a certain probability of obtaining Dimension Door and Town Portal. For Rampart, it is 20% for Town Portal and 20% for Dimension Door. Mathematically, the probability of getting both Dimension Door and Town Portal in one guild is 4% (1 case out of 25). By replaying the scenario many times, we will get the desired version. The same applies to random artifacts and objects. Choosing an optimal starting save can speed up the Walkthrough process several times over.
