Why? Theoretically it can.

But to tell the truth, I was too lazy to generate the Dimension Door drop, so I placed it myself. That is the only thing I changed manually. Everything else was randomized, including Town Portal. Since there was no starting save, I believe there's nothing wrong with using this variance :)
