Magnus’s RPG empire on the portal.

Jack, you have arrived at the island. It is all ablaze. Orcs are fighting demons, but Necromancers are raising the orcs as skeletons. You decided to leave the archers on the ship. The battle was long and drawn out; all that is known is that many fell in battle, the army was defeated, but demons were appearing from the portal. You were on the verge of annihilation. Then, a voice sounded in your head; it was the shaman. "Quickly retreat, you are losing. Attack the demon Fortress. It is almost empty now. Destroy it, and the demons will stop appearing in Adenbron."

Retreat... "I shout to everyone, "to the ship!" Those who were already on the verge of death stayed behind to cover our retreat. The battle exhausted me greatly (-50 hp), but I also killed a couple of demons.... I ask the druid to send his raven to Magnus... and pass on the message.
