Where can I view the map ratings?

There is no rating. I can recommend many things based on difficulty and how interesting they are. If you want to test how good you are as a strategist in Heroes, play the maps and campaigns by Grigori Mintchev. If you're looking for something interesting with a good storyline, check out the maps by Timothy Duncan (a classic that's been somewhat forgotten).
