Well, let's say they are newbies, so what?
Don't they have the right to communicate with players of their level?
Create a similar topic with your own conditions where "non-newbies" will write.
Do you even complete standard maps at 200% yourself?

Man, just take "South of Hell" and complete it at 200% right away, and don't worry. It's a pleasant, not stressful, relaxing map.
I sometimes play it when I feel like launching Heroes again.
