There isn't such a thing, and it couldn't exist. The TEditor program (that's the correct term) only edits what already exists in the rmg.txt template file. And the filling of respawn points is done according to three types of treasures, for which intervals of value and density are specified, for example, 500-3000 with a density of 9, 3000-6000 with a density of 6, 6000-12000 with a density of 1 for template 8x8. So, everything is random.
