Mongolian race - Ascension

Let's finalize the concept.
I had an idea. Remember Mortal Kombat? Remember Baraka? Let's introduce a race of such creatures (in the cartoon, they were called nomads) to assist the Mongols.
Regarding the horned horses, I was thinking of giving them to riders rather than as a separate unit.
