"Newcomer-2012. Summer"

The problem is this: we tried to connect to HellLight both via GameRanger and Hamachi, but it didn't work. If anyone has any ideas, please help. We have a normal connection with everyone else, both for me and for him.
P.S. I have a router; maybe the problem is with it...
