I advise you to ask these questions in the appropriate threads and discuss them. All changes made to the rules there will also apply to this tournament. In our case, to get an answer, you need to formulate the question precisely, describing the situation completely, and until there are clear rules that, if violated, would allow us to accuse the violator, we will consider each individual case separately. There are no clearly defined rules for determining the permissible number of tips or hints, so if controversial situations arise on this basis, they will be considered by the tournament judges. And to avoid such situations, discuss the details with your opponent before the game. If a controversial situation arises that cannot be explained by the tournament rules, and you have not discussed it with your opponent, then by doing so, you agree to the judges' decision, which is precisely why they are appointed... In any case, everyone should understand that each player must play on their own and minimize the involvement of third parties. Addition to the rules regarding transfers: Each team will be allowed to make only one player exchange!
