Even though the tournament is organized rather poorly, as usual, the tech units are placed fairly, and I would even say that there is an overly lenient attitude towards the dynamic players! If a person wants to finish the game, they will find the time, but if they don't want to, no matter how much you extend the time, it won't help! It's just that summer and a somewhat lackluster roster have made themselves felt.
