A bad night without any deaths. Starting 2 games with the maniac's ultimate ability is already a tradition. If the guardian also used his ultimate, I consider it logical, because starting from day 0, he will be able to use the ability more times during the game. I already wrote about the invincible city; that's how it turns out. Although, you can't judge based on just one day, of course. So, n deaths per day is no less likely.

It's unclear why Matt N. is being punished. Most likely, Locken is groping him with his lecherous hands, like a Japanese schoolgirl in a subway car during rush hour. Although, it's possible that he's trying to impose the punishment with some spontaneous charisma.
