Nefelu went to heal someone, more likely a doctor than a dragon slayer.
Lizard was locked up by a labyrinth keeper.
Sky was crippled.
Someone very popular was targeted... Liathris/adept/town guard, and most likely a maniac. I don't think it was an adept. Maybe Camellia.
