"Three-Wheeled Bicycle" Tournament

I think it can be organized, but it should be a blitz – 2 minutes.

I'm curious, what's better:
1) to start on week 2 with 8 minutes.
2) to start on week 5 with 2 minutes?
Any suggestions?
