Specifically, I didn't see anything peaceful about him. Nor did I see any mafia/mana-related behavior. You latched onto him at the beginning over a trivial matter, and that's concerning. In the middle and at the end, Tox's behavior wasn't peaceful. That's why I didn't defend him. But at the beginning, it was normal, and you started trying to "execute" him precisely then.
