People come to this portal primarily to learn how to play.

There is no exact definition of a "beginner" in Heroes; a beginner could be someone who has just started playing and has no idea what to do in the game at all. It could also be a player who already knows how to set up chains correctly and hits Dragon Utopia on the second turn. Those who love building capitals are exactly the kind of beginners who fit within the tournament framework; they are only learning how to set up chains from stronger players and streams. Many are beginning to understand that playing with 2 heroes is pointless, but to be honest, I also play with two or three heroes when there's nothing left to do—I just run around with my main hero and crush everyone. In general, discussing what beginners should be like is a dead-end topic. The only imbalance would perhaps be requiring that registration on ХВ be no more than a year old; after all, this person might have reached incredible heights in single player but never played online for some reason... at least before there were trial games to determine skill, whereas now it's enough to leave an ICQ number, although who knows if someone else's face is hiding behind a profile. I'm not hinting at anyone, but in such chaos, this will definitely happen sooner or later...(or maybe it already has, I just haven't been on ХВ as long as the others)
