It's a shame that it turned out so badly; maybe the problem is that I defeated the red Necromancer with a secondary hero instead of the main one. Perhaps I'll try replaying it sometime, but replaying from the very beginning right now feels like too much effort, and the last save is right after the victory over the demons.
