Believe me, it's much easier to come up with a plot for existing graphics than to create and redo graphics for a plot that the artist might not even be thrilled about. The script is developed in the mind, while the graphics are tangible. It's faster and easier to brainstorm in your head than to redo a model and re-render frames, reassemble them into *.def files, over and over again. Or are you going to pay the artists to question every single one of your ideas? No? Then the final word ALWAYS belongs to the person who implements the ideas, not the one who comes up with them.
