Technical Support

Generally, this is a technical issue. I wanted to create a map in the style of Heroes 2 for the forum, but I simply can't take a screenshot. I press Prt Sc, then use shift + insert to paste it into any graphics editor, but the result is the same everywhere – I get a black square, like a Malevich painting. Everywhere. How can I fix this? Windows XP SP3.
