1st annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

I read the walkthrough, it was very interesting. I didn't even notice the "Grokhot" quest; I didn't kill any monsters at the beginning so that the computer players wouldn't interfere, and I closed the Fortress with hired heroes, and then I calmly recruited liches and slowly completed the game. It turns out I miscalculated, well, that will be a lesson for me. I just can't understand where everyone gets so much mercury from; did I miss some super-rich resource deposits somewhere?
And the tournament turned out to be quite good; thank you to the organizers!
