Zubr, so basically, can we expect either two intimidations per day + a kill + an alibi, or 1 intimidation + a kill + an alibi?
So, one person goes out one day, and another goes out the next...

And does he block the target? Does the target not perform their own action?

At most, the Mafia can accomplish 1 kill + 1 intimidation + 1 alibi in one night.
The town's blocker can block themselves, because the King doesn't know who the blocker is :) But the King cannot block himself.
