Is it possible to have player transfers after the draw? For example, if someone doesn't like their team, they might not play enthusiastically, and the captains could agree to make a trade, etc.?

We like the idea. I'll add it to the rules: transfers will only be possible with the mutual consent of the captain and the player, and provided that the exchange involves a player from the same tier (i.e., both teams must also agree to the trade).
Let's give you 3 days to complete the transfers.
