Basically, we each took 2 restarts.
I respawned, immediately realized there was plenty of gold, and there were no resource problems either. As a result, I spent about a week building up my bird army, took a couple of Necropolises, had 1 air unit nest and 2 fire unit nests. By turn 122, my opponent had 4 bird units, 27 fire units, 4 mages, and fakes. Reinforcements were coming in: 7 fire units and 15 storm units. My opponent didn't have time to combine his army, and even if he had, I don't think he would have had a chance.
