Probably my most interesting game in Heroes so far.
I didn't think I'd be able to come back after 2 consecutive losses, but on 132 when I saw an untouched treasure site - my spirits lifted! In a week I cleared everything near the road and scouted the whole treasure site with imps. 4 or 5 dragon nests, well what can I say - lucky the opponent didn't get here first. Took a couple of Pandora's boxes for 15k gold, 2 central castles, all the magic, and a couple of Pandora's boxes for 20 and 25 medusas. At the end of the 3rd [week?] I took a Shield +5 All, got 2 Dragon Fly Hives I found in the treasure (and only 1 dwelling) and stayed in the dungeon waiting for the Mana Vortex.
On 141 I broke a max Dragon Utopia - got Water Walk, КЗ and the Black Orb, considering all magic is already there - junk basically... but the Black Orb could decide things against dragons.
142 I figured since the opp hadn't come to the center yet, things were bad for him, besides I'd been checking the tavern constantly since week 3 and his army was weaker and stats lower, so I decided to go kill him without overthinking.
143 on the last move I reach Shakti and was stunned, his stats had increased nicely and 63 gr. minotaurs!!!

The FB was very educational for me, the birds moved first. I started casually with berserk (i.e., until then I hadn't fully assessed the amount of meat for myself and the opp) although there was no choice but to immediately take out the Ancient Behemoths with an explosion. In the second round, logically the Ancient Behemoths moved first - Armageddon surprised me a lot - and especially the fact that the Ancient Behemoths resisted it. I take out 33 minotaurs with an explosion and pile onto the Ancient Behemoths, realizing that next turn Armageddon will kill everything except them. And in the 3rd round the Ancient Behemoths move first again - I totally didn't understand that - need to study the turn priority mechanics.... I thought that with equal speed they would take turns moving (I was hoping for resurrect or explosion and two corpses). But it turned out the way it did, it was an interesting battle.
I noted for myself that you should never underestimate your opponent, and play as safely as possible. In the late game, there were still plenty of opportunities to farm meat. And the Black Orb is an unreliable thing )))
