After updating the game to version 1.4, I encountered the same problem again.
There was an error during the synchronization of saved games with the Ubi server. As a result, the game only sees the 2 most recent saves (mission 3 of the campaign for Anton) out of all my saves. When I try to launch the other campaigns (missions 4 were completed for Sandor and Irina, and 3 for the rest), the completed maps launch, BUT all heroes are level 1. All the save files seem to be in the correct location (C/User/AppData/Local/Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegame_storage/YWl6ZW5rb3BmZg==/44). Previously, when launching the game, it constantly displayed errors during synchronization, but there were no problems, and all progress and achievements were saved. A similar problem occurred when installing the game on a new computer; I had to replay several campaigns from the beginning. I sincerely hope for your brilliant minds! If the problem cannot be solved, I will delete the game, because replaying it for the third time and waiting for another bug seems like too much, although it's a pity.
