HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

No one is blaming the creators for anything; we are simply assessing the actual state of affairs. In reality, we have a map bug (a discrepancy between the map and the template) that consistently occurs due to insufficient game resources.
