Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Yesterday, I was walking from the commuter train, and near the platform, close to the fence, there was a body lying. A couple of people were nearby, and someone was calling for help. He was already bluish, lifeless, and the ground around his head was wet. It seems he got drunk and choked on his own vomit.
