If you suspect someone is cheating, it's better not to play with them. And in Tournaments, only check the saves. I myself am a fierce opponent of saves and resuming games, but for a different reason. It takes too long to recall the train of thought from the previous session—what was bought, etc. But some matches (and certain opponents) are simply physically impossible to complete in one sitting. You just haven't had those kinds of games yet :)

P.S. Do the Chinese replay the entire match in case of a disconnect?
