Personally, I don't know all the builds and how to play them.
Maybe it would be easier to learn them at an earlier stage with easier opponents; anyway, by round 3, you'll have a good understanding of all these builds!
Besides, if you don't like some builds, just ban them.

Against builds, I generally prefer random maps, and of the suggested ones, they either appear on the 3-map selection or take a long time to refresh. The rules allow players who prefer other builds to come to an agreement.
Read above :)

Proposed changes to the tournament rules (and tournaments in general):
1) As organizers, I would make it a mandatory requirement that, when 8 players remain, they "STREAM"! Each player, in online mode (a live broadcast, so to speak), regardless of whether anyone is watching, must stream via a platform (and provide a link to the stream in the appropriate thread), which would essentially allow the truly strongest player to win!
2) Another point: I can say from my own experience that my level of trust in online games (and players) is zero. When playing with my friends (specifically, friends from my city) on the same computer, i.e., via Hotseat, I managed to observe cheating on their part (although they later admitted it; they couldn't win, so they cheated). I won't even mention what to expect from the online community, people I don't know at all (no offense).
So, I ask that players in a tournament (specifically a tournament, not a season) be given the right to warn their opponent before the game that the game will be played to the very end. And if one of the players says something like, "I have to go, a plane is about to crash into my house," or "my apartment is on fire," and suggests replaying the game, the other player has the right to bring this situation to the attention of the judges or demand that the player replay the game to the very end! The argument that a game played to the very end can take a long time sounds a bit silly, because Heroes 3 is not a 5-minute shooter in itself. And also, please note that this point does not allow me, for example, to demand that the player I am going to play against in a tournament play to the very end today... that is, an agreement on the day of the game played to the very end must be reached by mutual agreement.
