I don't understand where the hydra came from in the second week. Besides the refugee camp, there's nowhere to buy it, and nowhere to recruit it. And I checked the camps, there's nothing left to buy.

Well, it's obvious that if you're looking at daily saves, in the Money_117_47.GM1 save, the hydra hasn't appeared in the camp yet, but in the Money_121_65.GM1 save, the hydra has already been bought and passed along the "chain."
