I played really, really badly!!!
On turn 111, I found Erdamon in the dungeon and recruited him. I'm gathering resources to summon angels on turn 117, but I fail. On turn 116, I scouted the opponent's territory. I decided to rush. On turn 123, the "final battle" began, where 7 monks, 14 elves, 38 archers, 30 kentaur, 30 pikemen, 10 swordsmen, and 4 air units were defeated by 1 devil, 6 griffin knights, 16 griffin archers, 9 dryads, and 11 pegasus. I lost the battle due to a not-so-successful deployment and low morale at a crucial moment.
Then I decided not to continue because I was too far behind in the economy.
P.S. The devil is a dangerous unit, and angels are expensive:(

We restarted until the very end. The opponent had 111. In the end, I got a little lucky in the distribution (I didn't expect it myself).
Turn 111: 6 gold pieces, a stable, and a refugee camp. I secured a contract for snipers + a medusa lair with a dwarf lair --- 6 heroes (the opponent also had a good start).
Turn 112: I entrenched myself on all flanks in positions that were impossible to take.
Turn 113: I captured a camp, and there was a devil sitting there, laughing) He wants to serve me. Ivor is gathering resources, and Mephala is going to break through to the neighboring secondary town.
I scouted the secondary town and found a lot of chests under guard + gloves.
Turn 114: At the cost of 8 elves, I raised 7500 gold under guard. There are only 3 dwarves, 2 elves, and a horned demon with a scythe left. There's no one to recruit into the fold. The Castle is being built on the horned demon in the castle.
Turn 115: I'm just building chains and gathering resources. Mephala is standing still, waiting for an army to break through to the secondary town -- for the third day already
Turn 116: Ivor is preparing to take the gloves. I scout the secondary town. And Mephala, frightened by 90 goblins, hides in the thickets. There's not enough time anymore)))---on the next turn, just for fun, I decided to bomb 90 goblins with one devil. They died easily))) I'm a noob, after all))) The opponent, meanwhile, found his secondary town (a Rampart, by the way).
Turn 117: Deployment, maneuvering, etc., gathering money. In the end, the rogues are in the castle.
Turn 121: Mephala finally killed those ogres. She finally waited for the army. Ivor took the crypt and the lair on level 3. The plan is to tear and shred on all fronts:smile04:
Turn 122: The opponent caught Mephala on the way and tried to rush:mad: Luckily, he didn't take the castle)))) All the heroes started running around like crazy, looking for gold and resources. Ivor is running home with 16 elves and 1 devil. Mephala is sitting on the main town, trembling with fear:eek: There's hardly any army. In the GM, there's only a shield and a leather armor with healing. No archers:(
Turn 123: The opponent didn't risk attacking the castle. He caught a necromancer and ran to a distance where Ivor could attack. Gathering all the money, buying and upgrading everything possible, I went on the attack.
In the battle, the opponent cornered all the archers, right under my horned demons) He cast stone skin on the horned demon and was about to charge. The opponent shoots at the elves. That's good)))
The battle began:) It wasn't possible to reach the archers in two rounds. I cast a shield on the horned demon, breaking through the enemy's defenses.
On the third round, I broke through to the archers and 14 elves of the enemy. The rogues somehow survived. And the enemy's archers and elves were fighting each other due to low morale.
And when the wood units reached the place, I just fought to minimize losses.
The opponent was unlucky, and he didn't take a spellbook into the battle.
Turn 124: I'm going on the counterattack, and the elf hero, who miraculously survived, is leading the entire army))) I thought the enemy had knights coming, but remembering how many monks there were in the battle, I boldly rush into the battle.
Meanwhile, the human leader decided to bury the war axe.
