In each case, brevity is measured differently. Sometimes 100 characters seem brief, sometimes 10,000 characters. Sometimes brevity is needed, and sometimes it’s detrimental and makes phrases dull.

Many brief phrases require explanatory information, and most often not because they are not formulated correctly, but to convey the full depth of the phrase to the maximum number of people who have different ways of thinking, and everyone thinks differently.
