On turn 1, instead of piles of gold, there were 3 piles of stone, so I didn't even take a second hero on turn 1, but I saw a stable ahead, and the hero with a ballista was pretty decent (imo), so I decided to continue playing.
On turn 1, I take a crypt with 5 ghosts (losses about 20 Troglodytes - I don't allow such noob mistakes anymore), and I reveal the Griffon Conservatory of Earth. I see a swamp village beyond a mountain ridge, a couple of mills, and another small crypt.
On turn 1, I finally take a secondary hero, unfortunately, I find neither a Griffon Conservatory nor a Dragon Fly Hive. 100+ fire elementals are standing on the road to the opponent. At the top, there are roughly the same number of upgraded snakes and a pack of gorgons right behind them. All that's left is to clear my own area.
On turn 1, I finally built a Manticore, 5 lions at the main hero (only from battles and 1 stone), expert ballistics, I continue to clear the treasure zone. I see 5-9 chaos hydras - let's go to the opponent.
On turn 1, I take a max small crypt with my loh hero, and I break through 100 master gremlins with my main (Troglodytes endure).
On turn 1, I break through 50 basilisks, lose a couple of eyes and medusas, all the Troglodytes, I see the first pandora's box, a small crypt, and 2 hives, but alas, my army is depleted, I decided not to lose the last of it and clean up the rest of the treasure zone.

On turn 1, the battle finally took place - I decided to die beautifully :rolleyes: (the opponent said he hadn't cleared the spawn this week and that there were already 3 hydras there) still, the several hives he took decided the outcome. A well-deserved victory for nub_hmm. He, by the way, also streamed this game.
