So your "acquaintance" greatly downplayed it, or is simply a fan of building a capitol because they play until a huge army size. At the start — that's at least the second week (for Jebus Cross) and even then it depends on the draw, but on other templates they're usually taken on the third... is that the START? With a couple of angels and a few wyverns you'll get wiped out there, you need at least 5-10 angels and/or 30+ wyverns to not get crushed, but I'm exaggerating, usually in Dragon Utopias a stack of 30+ wyverns dominates, or a stack of 5-10 angels, all of this together is very rarely assembled)) but even those numbers are far from a few or a couple...
P.S. By the way, to learn how to take Dragon Utopias quickly, you need to learn to play online, not by playing through champions of gelu... :D
