He is two-faced – he exists simultaneously as A-Janus and U-Janus. Any special abilities used on him have a 50/50 chance of affecting either A-Janus or U-Janus.

Defensive magic – kills its attacker (but he still dies).

Old habits – randomly, once per game, he can cause a ruckus with old acquaintances from the vivarium, blocking two random players. There is a 25% chance each night, except for the first night. If he is blocked on that night, the ability does not work.

Document check – checks the status of mage/human/non-human or good/bad, at will.

Double – cannot write notes; the members of the Triumvirate vote for him. Consequently, he cannot be deprived of his vote as long as at least one member of the Triumvirate is alive and has a vote. However, if he remains alone on the team or with a teammate who has been deprived of his vote, he loses his vote. Merlin still blocks him in response to his special ability.
