Yes, Ganymede, I almost forgot. I mentioned the "moment of attraction" above. :) If one looks into His/Her eyes, there is nothing sweet or good there. And I haven't observed such masochism in myself—that is, an attraction to that which causes a rather unpleasant death. So no need to bring Freud into this again. ;)
Well, if it were possible for one's destined partner to look into their eyes with a sober gaze... who knows... but a sober gaze is very difficult to achieve, as Pushkin wrote: "Ah, it is not hard to deceive me, I am glad to be deceived myself...". And the greatest self-deception occurs when it seems that one's gaze is absolutely sober :) But what if you have doubts? Doubts sometimes lead to interesting thoughts... and Grandpa Freud, by the way, does too :)
