Did he use poison and redirect it to Villain? Kreation used Fairy Dance on Wulfgar and used his first ultimate, as far as I understand, on Ea, which is why she's not visible.

And also: does Tetsu's poison show up in case of failure (50% chance of not working), and does the elixir of life show up if the target wasn't killed?
