Adept of War

I played through the mod. The computer still doesn't hire heroes after its initial strong heroes – Ingvar, Svea, and Erling – are defeated or flee... It would also be nice to add trees that grant experience...
As for those gnomes, there's only one solution: hire a necromancer and level him up... But that's not very interesting. It's even scary to think about how much experience those gnomes would give...
