I doubt that city screens will be included in patch 1.5... It would be great, of course, but it's unlikely that the work is already finished.

It should be completed by mid-July. It was said that the puzzle represents a new feature for 1.5. And Liiion just posted a link to a news article confirming that the picture shows the city screen of Necropolis. So, it seems they will do it after all :).

But I still don't understand what we are supposed to guess based on the voice.
