At the beginning of the battle, it grants initiative to allies. It can also use this ability during the battle (it is an activated skill).

More precisely, it doesn't grant initiative (since all creatures already have it), but rather shifts allied creatures along the attack rating scale.

This ability is activated, but it works only once.
