COMPETITION FOR MONEY $$$ (2012)

The save is considered a cheat not because the cheat is directly in the save file, but because of the "cheat, load, save" sequence. There are no actual cheats within the save itself, but the save remains flagged as a cheat.

I understand, the game's memory doesn't "reset" the flag indicating that a cheat was used. Therefore, for complete certainty, it's best to always exit and restart the game after using cheats – that should resolve the issue. And I hardly ever use them anyway.
P.S. I downloaded the ProspectorRT program; it seems like a good tool (by the way, I'll add a link to it in the "Useful Programs" thread). I tried to run it, but it doesn't work without Framework 2.0! :( I can, of course, download and install it, but why is there always a catch?
